Included on every plan

Every technician can see their own record.

Give a technician a login and they get one page: their certifications, their due dates, their documents, and any exam assigned to them. Nothing about their colleagues, nothing about your other clients.

What it does

Technician Portal, in detail.

Scoped to one person

A technician login shows one technician record at a time — their own certifications and compliance items and nothing else; not their company's other technicians, and certainly not your other clients. A technician who holds records at more than one firm switches between them, never sees them mixed.

Their certifications and levels

Current method and level badges, certification status, and the dates that matter — issue, due, and interval — so a technician can answer "am I current?" without emailing anyone.

Their own documents

Certificates, vision exams, training and OJT records attached to their record or its certifications, available to them directly instead of sitting in someone's inbox.

Where they sit their exams

Certification tests assigned to them appear on the same dashboard, with their last score and whether a retake is available. What a technician can write is their own field work: exam attempts, their own time entries, daily tool-control checks, and field reports — each waiting on your review before it counts.

How it works

Day to day.

  1. 1

Grant access from the technician's record

Open a technician and invite them by email. They set their own password from the invite — you never handle it.

  2. 2

They sign in to their own dashboard

Their records only — the dashboard, and the handful of field surfaces their work needs. There is nowhere else they're permitted to be.

  3. 3

    Revoke whenever you need to

Access is removed from the same place it was granted. Their technician record and history stay exactly as they were.
