No. TRACE is independent of every standards, accrediting and certifying body and never issues or verifies a certification itself; where a module works against a copyrighted standard, you bring your own licensed copy.

Plus ($9.99/mo) adds up to 10 companies (clients, plants or divisions) and portal logins. Pro ($49.99/mo) grows to 3 staff seats and 25 companies. Enterprise is custom. Annual billing gets you two months free.

Yes — 30 days of Pro with every paid module switched on, no card required. If it ends without a paid plan, you land on Free automatically: the trial's modules switch off, your data is kept, and Free's limits apply only to what you add from then on.

Nothing changes straight away: the card is retried and your primary user is emailed how to update it. If it can't be collected, the account moves to Free and your data is kept.

Yes. Certification Testing, Tool Control, Ledger, Safety, People, QMS, Clients and Project Management each sell standalone; Code Watch, Task Boards and Community come with the core plans, and upgrading later unlocks everything in place.

Yes. A firm on a paid plan gets its own referral link. When a firm it refers pays for TRACE, the referring firm earns credit of 20% of what they pay for their first 12 months, taken off its own TRACE bill — never paid out as cash — and the new firm gets 10% off its first 90 days. Section 16 of the Terms has the details.

Any time, from your primary user's Account page. Everything keeps working to the end of the period you have paid for, then your workspace is read-only for 30 days, when you can still sign in and export everything or undo the cancellation, and after that it is deleted. Downgrading to Free deletes nothing.

Certifications and compliance items carry their own due dates, and everything with a date lands on one compliance calendar with email digests and in-app reminders. Exam scores, OJT hours, vision exams, written-practice citations, and who certified whom are all part of the record — the questions an auditor asks are the fields on the page.

Yes — third-party certifications (ASNT, AWS, API, ISO, …) are tracked alongside the ones you issue under your own written practice, each with the issuing body's certificate number and printed expiry.

Every file lives against the company, technician, or certification it belongs to, with inline preview for PDFs, images, and Word files. Program documents — written practice, procedures, forms — file themselves into a code/revision/date register per company, which is the view an auditor asks for.

Yes, as an add-on. Every gauge, oven and line has a register entry carrying its schedules, the readings logged against it, and the calibration certificates attached where they belong. A reading that comes back out of tolerance opens an event that has to be worked to a disposition rather than just noted.

No. Daily and per-shift checks carry no due date until work actually starts on that piece of equipment, so a quiet week can't manufacture overdue alerts. Log the first check of the morning and the rest of that asset's checks become the shift's worklist.

Yes. Each person can subscribe Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to a private, one-way link carrying their own schedule and, for office staff, the firm's compliance calendar.

Yes: TRACE Mobile, an Android field app on the same login and rules as the website, which keeps checks, field reports, hours and charge sheets made out of signal until it can send them. It's downloaded from the Mobile App page, and the iPhone app is in testing.

Yes. Four daily puzzles are free at tracendt.com/tools/games with no sign-in, and players signed in to TRACE can opt into a leaderboard in its Community.

Yes to both. Fifteen calculators are free at tracendt.com/tools/calculators with no sign-in, each showing its formula and source, and a Metric / Imperial switch converts every input and result.

Each firm's data is isolated in the database with row-level security, and TRACE staff can open your records only in a support window your own consultants grant. Data is encrypted at rest and backed up nightly; the full write-up is on our Security page.

Yes. Your records and documents are yours: if you cancel, you keep read-only access and can export everything for 30 days before the workspace is deleted, and we'll help you take them with you.
