A technician reads each section on the web or the app and signs with their typed name. That signature is their training record, with its hours and expiry.
Who is current, at a glance
The matrix shows everyone against every course: current, expiring, expired or overdue. Reminders go out before a record lapses.
Classes with a signed attendance sheet
Training given in person runs as a session: mark who came, the instructor signs, and everyone present gets a record.
With Learning: full courses
Units of text, PDF and video lessons, knowledge checks along the way, and a quiz at the end.
With Learning: formal NDT hours
Mark a course as formal training in a method, and its hours count toward the person's certification in that method when they sign it.
