What the weekly check can and can't reach
Code Watch reads publicly reachable pages. The few documents with no public listing, mostly NAVSEA technical publications, are tracked by hand on a 90-day re-verification cycle instead. It tells you a revision exists; the document itself is still a purchase from the publisher.
