Plus, Pro & Enterprise
Stop being the middleman for your own records.
Give each client company its own login. They see their own technicians, certifications, due dates, and documents — and nothing belonging to any of your other clients.
Included on Plus and above — see pricing.
What it does
Client Portal, in detail.
One company, one window
A client login is scoped to the company (or companies) it's attached to. Everything they can reach — technicians, certifications, compliance items, documents, locations — is filtered to their own records before it leaves the server.
The compliance picture they keep asking you for
Certification status, levels, and due dates for their own technicians, plus exam scores once you've credited them. The questions that used to arrive by email at 4pm on a Friday answer themselves.
Documents, without the email thread
Certificates and records are there to download whenever they need them. Clients can also upload their own — eye exam records and the like — straight onto the right record instead of sending you an attachment to file.
Your internal notes stay internal
Client-facing views deliberately drop your internal notes, and Tasks and Deals aren't exposed at all. What you write for your own team is never one misconfigured setting away from your client reading it.
Enforced in the database, not the interface
Scoping is row-level security in Postgres rather than filtering in the app. A client can't reach another company's records by editing a URL or a request, because the data never leaves the database in the first place.
Granted and revoked by you
Invite a client contact by email from their record — they set their own password, so you never handle it. Revoke from the same place, and their company's records are untouched.
How it works
Day to day.
- 1
Invite the contact
From a company's contact, send a portal invite by email. They set their own password from the link.
- 2
They see their own company
Technicians, certifications, compliance items, and documents for their company only — with your internal notes stripped out.
- 3
Keep the extras in your control
A Nadcap accreditation is shared with its client company by default — it's their accreditation and they're expected to see it — but each one has its own visibility switch, so you can keep a mid-audit record internal whenever that's the right call.
- 4
Revoke any time
Remove access from the same place you granted it. Nothing about the company's records changes.
What a client login can and can't do
Client portal logins are available on Plus and above — the Free plan doesn't include them, since it's built for a solo consultant tracking their own compliance. Client users read their compliance data and write only where the workflow needs them to: uploading documents for you to file, logging tool-control checks that wait on your verification, and managing their own company's technician logins. They have no access to certification tests, Tasks, Deals, or your internal notes, and a client at one company can never see another company's records.
