A question bank, not one-off tests
Questions live in a bank your whole consultancy shares — multiple choice, multi-select, and true/false, each weighted with its own points. The same question can sit on as many tests as you like, and editing it updates every one.
Bring in what you already wrote
Import from a spreadsheet template, upload a Word document, or paste your questions straight in. Everything is checked before anything is saved — you get a line-by-line list of what to fix, and re-importing the same file never creates duplicates.
Administered online, graded instantly
Set a passing score, an optional time limit, and how many attempts are allowed. Technicians sit the test from their own portal with a live countdown; it grades the moment they submit, and the result lands in your reporting.
Or printed for the exam room
Export any test as a print-ready PDF with the company's name in the header and space for the student's name, date, score, and your signature — plus a separate answer key for grading, clearly marked as the examiner's copy.
Scores credited to the certification
Label a test Basic, General, Specific, Practical, or Class Completion to match the requirement it satisfies — add your own labels if your written practice uses different ones. When a technician passes, you accept that score onto their certification requirement, where their employer sees it alongside every other record.
A graded record filed for you
Passing an online test files a graded PDF against the technician: score, result, an examiner signature line, then every question with what they chose, whether it was right, and the correct answer. Credit the score to a certification and the record follows it there. It's the answer key, so only your consultancy sees it — never the technician, never the client.
Reusable year after year
Duplicate a test to build next year's revision from the real thing rather than rebuilding it. Assign the same test to as many technicians as you need, individually, so the right exam reaches the right people.

Pick questions, set the passing score, time limit, and attempt limit, label it to match the certification requirement, then publish.

Assign it to technicians by name
Each technician you name sees the test on their portal dashboard. Nobody else at the company does — a company's portal contacts are quality and admin staff, not exam candidates.

Accept the passing scores
Review results as they come in, then credit each pass onto the certification requirement it satisfies. Nothing is credited automatically, and only a passing attempt can be.
About exam security — what this does, and what it can't
Test content is watermarked with the taker's identity and the time, copy and right-click are disabled on the exam page, and every switch away from the test tab is logged for the examiner to review. What none of that does is prevent a screenshot: no website can, because Print Screen, the operating system's snipping tool, and a phone camera all sit outside anything a web page controls. So this is deterrence and attribution rather than prevention — a capture that gets out carries the name of the person who took it. If exam secrecy is critical to you, pair the online test with the printed version in a supervised room.
